THE BRIEF

Even though this client is based Stateside (in Boston), our name and our reputation went before us to ensure that this client knew that Conference Solutions were the only ones who were going to be up for the massive challenge these jobs presented. WWD called upon the team’s expertise to deliver not one but two international events within an extremely short lead time. The task was to approach potential delegates, sign them up to attend, then look after all aspects of the trip including travel arrangements, visa applications, accommodation, group dinners and everything in-between – and for the Dubai event with only just 7 weeks lead time!

THE CSL SOLUTION

Once the client had sent over the invite list, she knew she was in safe hands and could relax. With 75% of the delegates not even being able to speak English, it was a real tough one for the team. Also, as the client is based in Boston, conference calls needed to fit in with her busy schedule. However after some long days in the office and let’s admit it, a lot of blood, sweat and tears, the CSL team managed to deliver the expected number of delegates. The client was of course overjoyed with this outcome. Sheer hard graft ensured all the delegates arrived with good clear instructions and even with the language barriers nobody was late, lost or stressed! The CSL team were on site to look after everyone in their customary exemplary way, and were then delighted with the thanks and praise received from delegates from all over the world.
