The client requested a 5 night, sun drenched, all-inclusive trip that would recharge their sales force’s batteries and give them a real VIP experience that would be remembered and talked about for years to come.

After careful consideration of the demographic makeup of the group and after researching options worldwide, CSL came up with the perfect spot!
Having worked with Sharps Bedrooms for a number of years, we have a great understanding of the guests, their requirements for the trip and what would be important to them. Amy Jo has worked closely with Sandals Resorts for some time now, knew they would be a great fit for this job and found that Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa ticked all the boxes for this important event. It looked like this perfect option was going to be beyond the available budget, but Amy Jo got to work and not only got the price point to where it needed to be, but also negotiated upgrades and inclusions that delighted the whole group!
The trip was seamless, from the first CONGRATULATIONS letter that we sent, through VIP service from arrival at the airport all the way to touchdown back home. CSL handled it all, upgraded accommodation within resort for everybody, an outstanding gala dinner evening with private entertainment and even tailor made Sharps branded cocktails! It really set the bar high. Now Amy Jo’s only problem is how to top this for next year!
