THE BRIEF
To wow, update and host a group of 200 of this client’s most important customers and suppliers including leading architects and building consultants. This needed to be a real “knock your socks off” event, something in line with the fantastic new products and exciting vibe this growing company is producing. This had to be a one off, something really unique, a spectacular that could not be missed and would never be forgotten. Oh – and with accommodation on site as well!
THE CSL SOLUTION
An ordinary conference room just wasn’t going to do it for this one, so we called on some of the most creative minds in the industry and came up with what can only be described as a fantasy land! Distinct Solutions dreamed up a fabulous structure and our friends at Florey Marquees delivered. What started out as Chesford Grange’s top carpark ended up being the most magnificent space imaginable. The meeting side was pure white, with a 360° mapped projection tunnel to make a “down the plughole” entrance into the all-white meeting room. The dinner and entertainment side was all black star cloth and with the backdrop of trees and greenery visible through the floor to ceiling windows, this made for a magical setting for dinner. Candelabra made entirely from Geberit’s own pipework and a percussion band playing only on Geberit product were just two more little touches that ensured the client’s brand was in all places at all times. This was a completely magical event and one both we and the client are rightly very proud of!
