Client – Arriva Event – Senior Managers Conference x 230 delegates Location - Budapest
THE BRIEF
Firstly to suggest a location that worked for delegates flying in from all the different regions that are invited to this conference. Then to find a venue that perfectly accommodates the meeting and a huge production set for around 250 delegates, with multiple breakout rooms, an exhibition area and single occupancy accommodation for all. It’s not an easy find! The client also prefers to have dinners away from the conference hotel, so 2 further super special venues were also required.
THE CSL SOLUTION
A beautiful hotel in the heart of Budapest offered the perfect solution for this event. The dinner venues for these numbers were challenging, but extensive contacts and determined research turned up two brilliant options, a boat for the first more casual night and a fantastic space within a museum for the second more formal evening. CSL handled all the delegate logistics, so from their registration onwards, we were first point of contact for all and any queries. Every delegate was picked up from the airport (and returned!) in a perfectly smooth operation that all found to be fantastically efficient. With the CSL team on site to manage all the delegate movements, and to make sure the hotel and both dinner venues performed as expected, the whole event was fantastically received. And very importantly – brought in on budget for yet another delighted client.
